The FLOVAC containers are used for the collection of organic fluids in suction and have been designed and manufactured for applications of “high flow and high vacuum”.

The FLOVAC containers have a conical shape to get small-size packaging, to save transport costs and space during storage. To avoid jars getting stuck or unexpected inner scraping, four ribs inside the bottom area stop properly the jar position when one inside the other. A graduated scale printed on the supporting reusable jar allows easy monitoring of the volume of the suctioned fluid.

Reusable and autoclavable canisters FLOVAC work when a single-use soft bag liner hermetically welded to a rigid lid is inserted.

Sterilization cycle with a steam temperature of 121°C for a maximum of 15 minutes (relative pressure 1 bar). The mechanical resistance of the product is guaranteed up to 30 cleaning and sterilization cycles under the specified conditions.

A complete FLOVAC system consists of:

• Clamp bracket for rail 30 x 10 mm, with slide 25 x 5 mm.
• Conical support ring for FLOVAC container.
• Reusable FLOVAC canister (supporting jar).
• Single-use FLOVAC liner bag with a lid.
• Reusable connector for Vacuum port FLOVAC.
